Insurance: Onion Lake Dental accepts most dental insurance and will direct bill your insurance. We specialize in NIHB policies.

 

Appliance Deposit Fee: If you need a denture, crown, or bridge we require a 50$ deposit before starting the procedure. You will receive the deposit back with your final appliance.
